Still having concert withdrawal syndrome evidently testified by the fact that since the mrt trip home till now my playlist only consisted of the following songs.

T-ara: Yayaya,why are you being like that, I go crazy because of you.

After School: Bang!,Shampoo,Because of You,Diva.

Orange Caramel:Magic Girl,Aing,Bangkok City

And i already lost count of the the no. times it has already been replayed. Other then a few minor annoyance it was a absolutely fantastic concert.

Firstly I wished the sound system had been tuned properly sound was peaking all over the place and there were times when the music seem louder than the singer. The fact that I could barely hear Raina(After School's Main Vocal) singing during Bang! seriously indicates sound problems. Although the fact that there where a couple of girls screaming at frequencies that could give a banshee a run for its coffin might have contributed as well.

Secondly queues could have been organised in a better way. It was very hard to differentiate which queue was for which ticket sales agent many were confused.

Thirdly if u are going to open the doors at 1915Hr dun put be there by 1800Hr there's a 75mins difference. Alot of things could have been done in 75mins

Despite all the ranting I have to admit I really enjoyed the concert alot. Still listening to that playlist hmmmm

D70 Retirement

This photo is the final swansong for my dad's D70 before retiring from active service. It is replaced by the D700 i just bought in mid-june. Already took in out twice once for a studio photoshoot at green studio and another for Chua's comissioning. Its feels kind of like trying to tame a wild but top-grade horse. Thank you D70 for all the hard work these past years u may now relax in the dry-cabinet

Update about my recent life.
POPed from MP Basic Course currently posted to external unit dun ask where. Went back recently to NP for Open house to bring my cousins ard. Hope they got whatever info they were looking for about post O'lvl choices. Had a chat with my elder cousin whose in NUS Com Sci and her frens. Found out quite abit about how Uni works thru their 1st hand experiences. I was feeling quite stressed that night wondering if performing well at Uni was a possible goal. Guess i can only resolve to tell myself to work hard. Then again that didn't really get me near my ideal goal for Sec Sch and Poly so cheers to that thought.
Seeing the same faces doing the same thing day after day after day.My immune system is having hell these days seems to be falling sick easily and i do eat sufficient fruits. Counting down to ORD which is still damm f'ing way away.

Its finally graduation!!! The photos i hav can be viewed here. 3 years is very fast i still remember Mrs Loy warning us during our first day in sch to never be stuck at being a programmer but to climb higher then that.

3 years seemed a long time but somehow a endless stream of projects, classes, events and hanging out with friends seem to shorten considerably. Yet again now is the time to say goodbye to another school which has become like a second home. No more student council activites, no more staying late in sch just to plan,execute or prepare for a event, no more killing of brain cells over problems during events.

There are a few places I would like to bid farewell to firstly the council clubhouse which will be soon demolished and its ever impending messiness after events, the Incubation lab and its ever freezing air-con and of course the 2 ICT blocks itself. Although only 1 will cease to exist forever in the near future never again will i be able to step into these places as student of the sch but now as an alumni. I still remember a question that was posted to me at my 1st d-comm interview "Why do you want to join the council?" a simplified version of ans would be "I want to make a difference". I hav no idea if that ans has came true for others but for myself a difference has been made. I learnt i changed and so did everybody else, none of us are the same person that stepped into this very polytechnic 3 years ago. Now we carry with us experience, memories and teachings that will forever affect the way we think, move and even feel.

The chinese have a saying: "饮水思源" it means as benefit from something we should think about its source. We should remember those who have taught us something or in a way helped, at this note there are a few ppl whom i would like to thk
Mrs Loy- this mentor very poor thing haha have to do alot of things for us cuz we too active liao
Ms Angela Wee - Thks for ur support in all our endeavours
Mr Andy Ng, Brandon Lam, Lai Shao Bin - Learned quite a few things abt leadership and event organisation and execution from u guys
Mr Melvin Tan - Thks for teaching me photography and letting me borrow ur eq
And all the other staff and lecturers thank you very much
Also all the seniors who have helped me in one way or the other thank you very much too!

Remembrance is not abt the journey itself but abt the little things that happened during the journey. The moments shared with friends in joy, endless amount of stress and of course in victory. To all those who hav yet to complete this journey pls cherish it while u still can, it will be an experience that can never be forgotten and to the current yr 1s do leave this polytechnic with regret make the most out of ur time here.

Just came back from orchard went there with 01 si hui and qiang to get follow 01 to collect his jeans from levis. Saw the specs for the new Canon 5D mark II and am reading the preview now.

k just a little update

Worked for creative at comex awhile back. Stood for 4 days talking/bargaining/arguing with customers who ask u questions that are so technical that u start wondering,"how in the world am i supposed to noe that?" to customers who ask so eh not very intelligent question that leave u wondering the same things. Overall had fun working with Rose(boss), shi hui(np Ict poster gal), ariel, jian zhang, Chu Wei, Eric, Jia Hui and more haha sry i bad at remebering names.

After that did photography duty for NPSU's Challengers camp. Met a few familiar faces like melissa aka xiao bai , robert, shim(spelling might be wrong), russel and a few ppl i didnt really noe at foc. The video for the campfire was abit of a flop haha, i will learn from this mistake and make a better video next time. had fun running ard the camp taking photos . the participants as usual was rather enthuisatic and energetic.

looking at these freshies makes me wonder was i really like that as a freshman?

17/7/2008 marks the end of my student council duties. No experience will be able to quite match the past year or for that matter the past 2 years. All the times spend at that old old clubhouse, e-garage and of course the cs room that was happily reclaimed by estate but never used for like so long. I will remember that doll thingy that Si Peng left there, the ever welcoming sofa and all the stuff that was inside that usually ended up being a mess that somebody had to clean up. It probably had more hidden treasures then doremon's pocket. I will also remeber the experience of getting shot by Andy for not doing this for doing it wrongly. The times where every one worked until we were all going crazy and of course the people that i met along the way
It will be very hard to ever forget all things that happean the memories may be come blur but the feelings will always stay

Quite a few people to mention so this might be abit long

1st up the IG committee 07/08
Adrian Tan Han Xiang. U are not the 1st becuz u are rememebrable u are 1st becuz ur name starts with "A" so dun think too much haha just kidding. Anyway it was fun working with, ur meetings are never boring cuz u will be too busy sidetracking with ian, corrine and cheryl with all that gossip. Besides u are always sprouting so many things from ur mouth from burbs to utter nonsenseical things. And ur tendency to stress ppl working under u to death when u are stressed(i still remember the bubbles incident ) and of course the fact that you are so incredibly noisy( i think the whole council and MNA ppl can attest to that) but other wise u are quite a fun eh human to work with haha

Jospeh Soh . The quiet suddenly pop out person. Like the exact oppsite of adrian you are always quiet until u have something to voice out. Althought you are always busy due to the fact that you get to much perfect GPAs that you dun even have a reaction to getting a GPA of again 4.0 you still put in alot of effort. It was fun working with you both in discovery and IG i learned quite a few things from the experience.

CORRINE HO HUI YIN. Adrian and Ian and Cheryl no.1 gossip partner . Congrats on your appointment as the treasurer haha. I must say after watch u work during the investiture u have really grown alot(mentally not physically) . U are no longer as blur as before hope you can contuine to grow and become a better leader. What i hav to say to you is still the same as what i said at the sharing session during the variety show debrief so contuine ur hard work =)

Wei jie. Like corrine you have really improved quite abit. However also like corrine what i said during ig still stands for you. Good luck in ur job as the sectartary and congrats .

Ian Tan . haha i will forever remember that fact nt ian wears can ever be fake goods. I will also remember all the bitching you did with cheryl and corrine and adrian.

Cheryl Liew . ok although offically you are not part of the IG team however you contributed so much that i dun feel right not including you in this section. You too have grown alot since that time. I can see the passion and the desire to contribute in you. Contuine your hard work and dun worry ppl will recongise you for it.

Others

Hadi ismanto. The other discovery head. Your enthuisam is proablly the best thing you have never once have you been not enthuisactic in events. It was fun working with somebody like you.

Shi Hui. The super model student, president of the council, excellent grades, poster gal and an endless list of suitors. Ok jokes aside working with you is a fun exprience You never lost your head in any situation and is always serious in your duties. Truely somebody that can be relied on to bring the team 2gether. And of course a gd source of advice when needed.

Issac Chong. Yes SU president ok yes very dai sai i agree ok happy. My teeth are say too much and i will kill you i tell u 1st. I think i learn abt photography then anything else from u haha. But thks for the sound advice when i needed espically on those 2 love birds that matter.

Alan Huan. Another from last year council. Our unoffical sound tech haha and super poking pillow.

Keng Theng . I will always remember you for morries the fan. And of course the walking toking mrt directory.

Shawn Ong . Keng theng's usual parther in eh not crime lar just something .... Your ideas and thoughts abt matters are always something to consider abt.

The camp was quite fun, the planning and everything was overall quite gd . There might be a few minor hiccups here and there but hey which event dosent hav any. its quite obvious that quite a large bit of effort the camp com took to plan the camp. I had fun even as a photographer/part time videographer so i can imagine how much fun the freshies had =) .

3do:
For this year camp i had no idea how the freshies were doing thru out the camp i was busy doing all the logistics that had to be done( back end jobs does not grant u much free time for freshie interactions). to the GMs sry if i was over board in giving instructions . I will correct that in future opportunities. but overall u guys did a great job helping out in moving the stuff ard. thks.
From what the freshies and people who helped out in the camp ard blogging abt it seems that overall everyone enjoyed it which is of course the most important point.

photo coverage AND i still hav 3do to help out in AND i hav to complete the orientation program planning and execution. if u think it is so god damm easy to do all these why dont u go and try it out i dun see u doing anything like this in fact u are a barely active member of ur cca. I am already trying to help u but since u think that i am not then well too bad and thks for the unappreciative msn person msg. if u think that i am that kind of person then well i can be that kind of person. Finally done with selling acer laptops to ngee ann students yesterday. After spending the last 6 days (sunday not included) selling acer laptops i dun want to see another acer gemstone again for a while. Some how i can still remeber the specs exactly and whats good and whats not abt all the brands there except for mac (the boss say no need worry abt them so never worry lor) guess thats what happeans after constantly repeating the same thing to like hundreds of ppl for like 10 hrs a day?

Anyway not much of a chance to rest after this theres still the np ict induction program to settle which will take a while haha guess i am probably asking for it who ask me so enthu so i cant complain. Hope everything will work out without too much problem but then again if everything was so predictable ....... well lets just say when the say predict the unpredictable its abit on the side of a english expression rather then a actual reality ... mostly. Well its not all stress and no fun lar there adrian =) *ahem* those who noe him shld noe why haha and at least the crew is motivated and willing erm mostly for most of the time haha dun want to descride too much details the ppl who need to noe more or less noe what i am toking abt. NP Open house 2008

2day marks the end of the 3 day ngee ann poly open house. had a rather interesting experience these past 3 days. I spend the 1st day doing pvsig duty and joinning the flash mob for 1 round at the stage at the atrium. The rest of 2days was spent at ict ushering ppl who want to visit ict around the e-garage and rhymes center and then sending them off to The DOT(formally known as M.A.C). Met alot of ppl these past 3 days. The visitors ranged from ppl who dun really want to visit the sch but came for all sorts of reason like following their friends to being dragged here by their secondary schs or so they say to ppl who hav completely no idea what they want. Theres also alot of parents as usual some came despite the fact that their child is still in sec 3 u might called it kiasu but i am more inclined to term it concerned parents. I had 2 interesting and some what enlightening experience 2day .

1st i handle a 3 person grp. A female and a male who are hearing impaired and required hearing aids seems that the female was slightly better of then the male in terms of hearing as she had some sort of Cochlear implant and the father of the male. I never really appreciated the value of govology until this incident. How i wish the govology was around and i could just let the male use it it would certainly make his life alot easier communicating with ppl like me haha hope i didnt give that guy too much trouble. But i as really enlighten by the fact that ppl like them want to actually do a diploma in poly its proably gonna be a long and hard road for them. I doubt i may have the courage and will to do it if i were them, perheps it might be due to their circumstances that they have the will and courage to be like that. Thanks to Mr Cheng, Mr Jim Ang , yan yun and zaiman we more or less managed to answer their quires or so i hope gd luck to whatever they decide on hope they have a smooth learning experience

2nd thing was a guy who bought his nephew to visit the sch. The nephew was from china so he had trouble understanding all the english terms we were using for our course brochures and explanation. I tried my best to explain everything in chinese as eh accurately as possible haha. Hope it didnt sound to weird to the guy i mean seriously how do you say RFID in chinese anybody noes? All i could do was offer a as accurate translation as possible or just do a literal 1 .

yesterday was ICT SC's Bike scavenger by UR dept. Not bad actually quite good lar considering a few factors and some problem cant blame the planning com after all they cant really control what time ppl like to wake up. I got sunburn on every part of my body that the sun could get too, if it wasnt for a moisturiser i use in these situations probably be suffering the whole day i hav no idea whats the brand or name i just noe its make in Italy or so the label claims. I dun noe to shake head or to be happy when i see the photos i took yesterday. The camera couldnt handle the white balance at 1 point perhapes becuz the floor was too red, then it decided to focus on the backgrd on some of the pics haha but on the other hand some of the photos were not bad. I apprently did a successful panning shot or so i think lol. Any way enough of the bike

After that jing ming follow me home to borrow my home's bathroom to take a bath be4 we went for a outing with sf, shi hui, stef, ray, han wen, chua and rawns. We went to sf house after eh finding a ray who was lost in great world city(...) her parents super ke qi haha i guess they scare we feel unwelcome or something. eh after encountering some eh not so rite sounds and a very interesting cup we went to zouk so sf and her friends can get their zouk tickets.

While w8ing Lawrence and another manager from my work place(Alan Tham i think) walked out from the staff entrance i decided to hide in case i get question abt my long absence from work haha. For those who dun noe zouk is rite next to the staff entrance of my work place.

After the outing took 195 with han wen and sf , han wen got off 1st to change bus and i left sf near zouk and procceded home

2day i learnt a very impt secret of playing MVC2 when u are facing a "lan jio "( non standard, very weird, funny) team pls use a "lan jio" team also lol.

Nothing better to do so write a little update.

The exams are wayyy over and 2daysthe result day haiz hope is gd result. The holiday has been a rather busy 1 wif Student Council Stuff and PVSIG event dutys. At least its better then staring at the laptop all day long.

2days ago i just sent Jojo,Huey Jin,Shi Hui,Jasmine and Keng Theng off for their Poly Forum Cruise on Superstar Virgo lol. They kept asking me "U so free isit?" Singapore Cruise center is like so near my house so why not? Its not like its changi airport which is like half a island away. Any way they shld be back 2day might go dinner wif them after their Poly Forum Closing or something. Hope they get back to Singapore Safe and Sound.

Went lunch 2day wif Siew Fong, Han wen and Jing ming. I arrive the earliest at Tiong Bahru Plaza. Walk abit be for Jing ming called to say that he and Han Wen reach liao. Siew Fong was apparently still at home for reason which i shall not say. End up we walked to Tiong Bahru market to meet her. At her recommandation i tried one of the hokkien prawn mee stalls there quite filling for me which is saying something abt their $3 serving. Then we had the tiong bahru fishball for eh... desert?

After i wen bugis to play for a while. Got damm irrated by this cheap ass who thinks his so pro he tried Cable/iceman/capcom and Cable/Iron man/Capcom the super old cheap noob combos which i used like i dun noe 1 over years ago? Please lar while i was still playing cheap u were god noes where ar. I got too lazy to play wif him using mag(besides his asking for a gd trashing) I just used Scrub combo and show him how to use cable properly lol at least his smart enough to fuck off after losing twice.

since every 1 so emo write abt the handing over of SC i thought i join in the crowd.

Its amazing just how much experience and change u can gain in a year. As u change,u experience u dun realise it but at the end of the journey its like looking back through the window of time as u see urself going through that tunnel of time. u see the change, the things u have done and yet u wonder hav i really been through so much?

I will never forget the time in SC 06/07. The video junior made really brought home the memories,the times, the feelings that were took for granted. This truely shows that things treasured most are things taken away from us. When we hold it tight in our hands we take for granted that it will always be there,yet when it is taken from our hands then do we truely take it into our hearts.

SC first interaction, the fun we had in the shelter, the polo in the street, the gifts that we shared(i still hav that gift i took home i think it was chin wei's haha)

Dota Comp the nites we spend fixing/unfixing the cables, the troubleshooting of PCs, moving the PCs

Leadership Camp the leeches we saw, the food we had, the challenge we faced

Talentime, the things we had to face, the work that we put in,

Xmas bash the fun we had, the time we spent

Recently nt much happean lar life boring. Assigment after assigment after assgiment like every module 1 sia.

In addition to that hav to couch freshie FSP lol they freaking ban kind of mass storage except for array damm. I dun like arrays freaking dead piece of thing. Ended up coaching li ling until 9+ on friday. she better get a for FSP or she DIE.

Went for the SC interaction day on SAT. Rained again like last year lol. Maybe its a tradition must rain on 1st interaction day. Was quite fun they added a few interesting twist to some familiar stuff. Whoo got to noe a few freshies.

After that me,shi hui,han wen,siew fong,shawn,keng theng,jing ming and kang yong went to marina square huey jin met us there. I bought my harry potter and the deathly hallows at the citylink mall mph.The guys found what clothes they needed pretty fast while the girls took like 2-3 hrs zzzz. Testing my stomach sia. Somebody ps us for dinner, go vivo rather then eat wif us. We went to changing appetite quite nice lar.

Whooo spent the whole of 2day doing db and ebf haiz want to get it out of the way to concentrate on WAD saded. This week no need sleep le.

After a few days of wondering what to write i finally get the idea lol.
Ok so as some of u guys noe i failed to get into the main com AGAIN. Doubtless there are people out there celebrating this for reason i do not want to noe. haha. People i see who at least hav the heart to console me tell me at least i hav done my best. Which makes me wonder hav i really done my best? I hav no idea but a nagging voice at the back of my mind keeps telling me no i hav not.

Any way what is done is done. Now as for d comm see how 1st hehe. If shi hui, huey jin and company gets in i will join to help them if not then well see if i feel like it a not.

Everybody changed, i changed, my mum changed form how she was as a kid so did urs. Yet not many of us are really aware of the change until we actually stop and take a look at stuff of our past.

Nice isnt it to noe how u hav changed. We should all once in a while just stop. Stop and take a look at our past selfs, remiss how we changed, think of friends . Friends who hav been there throughout the journey, friends loss along the way friends who u do not see yet are mentally cheering u on. Objects, our old toys, photos, clothes. Stuff we hav discared, stuff we are still holding dear to, stuff we still want. remiss yet not dwell on the past, understand how u and the world hav changed. Do not fear change, neither take it unquestioningly. Change will come to us all, that is the constant of the universe itself and will forever be until time itself grows old and stop.

Ok just got back from my china trip for like 50hrs ago lol. according to 1comt i shld have a preview around here so here it is: Salty cold oily and more salty haha. I am serious ok. Firstly the food is damm salty the salt like mah chum free de can add, add like 1 TABLESPOON. Secondly damm freaking cold lar 1st day was like around 5degrees? oh ya the food also quite oily lar some of it.

lol yesterday was the BIS exam and the last paper :D. Some how i seem to hav "depproved" lol. Nows a day i cant even hyper grab after c.hk or excute a freaking Triple AHVB. Its crap man. But something interesting happean around 4:30pm. The freaking super expert came. Super Expert== to people who can do things that are super diffcult
This guy could do spiral endless trap which is like godlike?even if u could get out of the trap theres still spiral to handle and his spiral well lets just say u dun want to noe. Then theres cable normal ppl like me will try to s.hk then super jump cancel AHVB. he? Pinistar Cancel AHVB not just once EVERY FREAKING TIME . And the distance off the ground when he cancels into AHVB? the length of ur tab button. Any body who can do this has mastered cable which is as easy as writing Windows from scratch so yar not easy. Sian 2nd last ep liao:(. wtf things have gone nuts at seed forum we hav ppl complaining left right centre about reused sences fukada(producer) running out of ideas haha. I hope this turns out better than the last few ep. It better seeing from the screen shots that the brought bac the gennsis gamma ray cannon. what a joke things are these days.GSD is near tis end in japan and yet kids central in singapore here is airing its debut next saturday. Soon u will see all the kids talking about it like its new when the real fans are already anticpating the new gundam series next year. BTW just watched one more chance by jack neo it was very funny but does have its pt a certain times

Once upon a time in a class 4E in GESS there were a 24 students some took some subjects others don't.Of 'worth' mentioning are a ... called damthe goat who thinks he/she is so pro act here act there can't sing want to sing.Acting infront of someone who got a snd prize at a talenttime is a very 'smart' thing to do we should all 'try it'. People worth mentioning are people like Mr Hardy Ket a very very smart boy who has excelled in all his subject and is top in class SO FAR(mostly haha). then there is a very cute boy named Sean Yeo he is acturally quite smart but mostly divert his brains to cute things and is GENERALLY a good friend :D. of course there are others buts thats all 4 now on the story of CLASS 4E of 2005 of GESS

I was too lazy to post earlier so here's the summary of the week
1) i attended the Gess 120th dinner which was quite fun other than the fact that some self loving handsome tall ps was the object of girls desire and i had to take god knows how many pics 4 him
2)I want along 4 the guide trip 4 sec 1s to macritchie reservoir and got nicely wet along with Jorence Shirly and Harfis then took Mr Kung's car back to sch.
3) Changed the song 4 my blog its Vestige from T.M.Revolution and yes its a Gundam Seed Destiny insert song incase some smart aleck did't already know
4)downloaded GSD #40 and yelled at my com that Uzmi is a cheater 4putting the beam reflecting armour on the Akatsuki Gundam which incidently means red dawn or something like that

just finish watching GSD #36 that chairaan was relly an s-pole kanina wanted to kill athrun beacuse his the only one who can stop him.He thinks the Archangel is gone but naturally its not. OMG the Strike Freedom has 6 draggon systems that makes it a total of nine beam guns plus two high speed projectiles and one going up agains t it is gonna get trashed. by the way found this nice very good excellent highly stasifying gif file of athrun ounching shin hahahahaha
